Have seen this used. It is wild. Cats if you can get their attention love it. However if anything is on the tv or near it, be sure to take it off. Cats will be looking behind above and below tv for the birds, squirrels etc. They will also jump at screen. They can become bored with it but not often. Its a riot to watch your cat if it catches their eye. Again fair warning clear all breakables away first.
