Operation Happy Sox helps shelter cats

Operation Happy Socks is a wonderful idea. I did not know what it was until a Brownie Troup came to our shelter for a tour with a large bag of Happy Socks. The girls collected socks ( you know the ones that you cannot pair ) and stuffed the socks with polyester fiberfill and catnip. They tied a knot at the ankle. What a cute and simple toy. We gave these to the cats at the shelter and they loved them. Check out www.operationhappysock.com
The Brownie Troup had fun making the sock toys and the cats and kittens loved them.
