I have several of these throughout my house. I put catnip on it for the adult cats which they love. The kittens I foster chase it until they are exhausted as their mom looks on as to say you all are too young to catch the ball. I purchased all mine at Walmart. The cardboard scratcher can be replaced and are inexpensive to purchase. Walmart carries these as well. Our local petstore also has them. After a litter of kittens leave I toss out the cardboard in the middle and put the turbo in the dishwasher. it washes up nice. I replace the cardboard scratching peice with a new one. The turbo's can be used over and over. For my adult cats, they scratch the cardboard so much that they shred the cardboard and I just replace it with a new one. What fun the cats have with this toy. Great invention.
