This 20"x12" sleeping tray has a 3" lip and is purr-fect for watching over the kingdom and not worry the two legged family members. The three heights are as follows, 40" and 60" on a 20"x20" wide wobble-free base and the 77" comes on our 24"x24" wobble-free base. Check out the bracing on our trees. The taller the tree the more shelves you get. They measure 12"x12" and are securely fastened to our carpeted wood posts. The shelves will hold over 100lbs and are positioned so gettig to the top is easy for all cats! The 40" is shipped fully assembled. The 60" and 77" require some easy assembly! SISAL NOT INCLUDED ON THIS UNIT. What is Sisal? Choose a Color When in the ordering process, please give a second color choice in the comments section of the order form.
