I really wanted to use this stuff because I like the environmental and natural aspects, and I like texture...but when it is wet on the bottom of the litterbox it turns to near-concrete and it's impossible to remove. I've resorted to using paint scrapers to remove the hardened litter, but even those often don't do the job and I usually end up throwing the box away and buying a new one. The instructions say to keep a certain depth in the box, but I can only keep a couple of inches of litter in there because one of my cats likes to scratch and scratch...and scratch and scratch, and he ends up throwing the excess out of the box.
Unfortunately, this litter has caused me some frustrating and fruitless workouts in trying to clean the box.
