Pros: This is an automated box that really works, uses regular trash bags (no containers), uses less litter, less smell. Customer Service.

Cons: The price - but believe me - it is worth every penny...

This litter box is amazing - you use only regular trash bags instead of having to buy the expensive containers. There is no messy rake like in the LitterMaid and other boxes. You do not have to scoop by hand - you only pull out the drawer and change the trash bag - no touching :) - Try it...

I've had my Litter Robot for three years, and I am extremely pleased. I have three cats, a small apartment, and one Robot. I think that's the key to having only one litter box for my three; the Robot cleans the litter after every use. So each cat gets a clean fresh box, every time.

There's also no smell! All the clumps go into the sealed drawer, and I change the bag every couple of days. My husband likes to say, "Of all your whacky ideas, this is the one I like the most."

Very large cats and ones who hate enclosure might not take to the Robot, but my 15 pounder liked it so much he changed his litter behavior so he could use it. Never underestimate the power of clean litter.

I love the Litter Robot!It is the first automated litter box I have purchased that actually does what it says it does! I have 2 and would not trade them for any other box!
