I HAVE A NEIGHBOR WHO LEAVES HER CAT OUT AT NIGHT. A FEW MONTHS AGO I WAS COMING HOME LATE IN EVENING & NEARLY HIT THE CAT AS I WAS PULLING INTO MY DRIVEWAY. THE VERY NEXT DAY I WENT TO THE STORE , BOUGHT THIS REFELCTIVE TAG (PLAIN W/ NO ID) & A BREAK AWAY COLLAR. I PUT IT ON THE CAT WITH MY NEIGHBORS PERMISSION & SHE ROAMS SAFER EACH NIGHT SINCE. I DO NOT LIKE TO SEE CATS OUTDOORS BUT IF YOU'RE GOING TO LEAVE THEM OUT PLEASE BE SURE THEY'RE VISIBLE.
