I have a long haired Maine coon cat. No matter how much I brushed her she still had matts under her arm pits. This brush not only removed loads of dead fur that was going to matt, but also greatly reduced the hairballs my kitties have. The only problem it does pull if the long haired kitty is not brushed prior
