good food available in the grocery store, low price and my cats seemed to love it.

Generally as a rule of thumb, "good food" and "grocery store" will not be used in the same sentence. This food is awful for your pets and the company deceives may gullible consumers at the grocery store to buy their food. With very rare exception, if it is at your average grocery store, your pets shouldn't eat it!
