I switched my cats to Wellness CORE dry food this week after doing a lot of reading about the "junky" qualities of supermarket brands. Overall, I am pleased with the food and my cats seem to like it. The overall size of the pellets is similar to the Science Diet food they were on previously. I'm just a little sad that there is only one formulation and that it smells very fishy even though the #1 ingredient is chicken. My cats like turkey and chicken better than fish, so this new food may take them some time to get used to. I am hoping that it helps their health--my one cat is a former feral who is now 10+ years old, and my other cat has herpesvirus flareups and seasonal allergies.
