we had to start our labs on a diet based on our vets recommendation. What we love about this food is our labs really lost weight! And we could give them a decent amount of kibble each time. Other diet foods we felt like we were giving them just a few tiny morsels of food.
Our labs now are a good weight which we are told will significantly decrease the risk of hip problems which are common in labs.
