Review Details

Diabetic cats do best on a high protien, low carbohydrate diet. There are a few choices out there, but only Royal Canin has a product that is comparable, calorie-wise to a regular cat food. RC Diabetic is about 300 calories per cup, compared to Purina's DM, at 590 calories per cup and Hill's m/d which is close to 450 calories per cup. I have one diabetic cat, but feed this to my whole cat household (4 cats).
