This has been a great addition to my cat's diet. They are inside for most of the day. I let them out when I get home for the rest of what day there is left, probably about 2 hours. So they don't get much of a chance to be outside. My fat cat has seem to balance her weight and is healthy. My other cat, is normal and healthy. So I have continued to get this dry catfood on the grocery list.
