Pros: My cats love it
Cons: Have to buy 25 pounds at a time
One of my cats gets skin rashes that my vet determined was a food allergy. I was buying expensive special-diet food, but I have two cats that eat together, so this was an expensive alternative, plus they didn't really like the taste. My niece told me that her vet said Costco cat food was low allergin. I switched a couple of years ago and we've only had one outbreak since, and I think that was stress-related.
