Pros: removes pet odors from many surfaces without staining
Cons: won't remove those pesky enzymes

This is a great product for removing odors and freshening air. I also use it in my laundry as a rinse agent when I'm washing pet bedding. It doesn't remove the urine enzymes though, so there's no guarantee your pet won't return to the space.
