this toothbrush is very small so it's perfect for using on a cat. the bristles are firm so it helps get the plaque better. The toothbrush has a longer handle and shorter head so you can reach the back teeth. one of my cats will hold still enough for me to brush her teeth but the other one won't hold still for even 1 second, for anything.
