Pros: everybody will know it's her birthday
Cons: the hospital bill
If I would attempt to put this on my cats head I would surely end up in the emergency room after she beat me up. And she would hate me forever for even considering putting such a thing on her.
I just give my girls treats for their birthdays. Much better for the both of us.
