I bought a can of this food to try with my cats, who are used to supermarket brands. Both of them INHALED it! Both have the tendency to nibble at wet food and leave some or all on the plate, so this surprised and pleased me. I also bought one of the seafood flavors, and they ate it, but were not as impressed with that. Both cans of food had the same pate-ish texture.
