A friend recommended this book to us as one to be sure not to miss

Good book with creative solutions and ideas. Surely a book everyone involved with shelters and rescue should read. Too many animals are dying, and it needs to change. How long do we have to wait for the killing to decrease, much less end. We all could stand to do more reading and watch much less television. This book is worth your time. I'm glad I read it. Some people say I feel too much, am way out, and can't relate to the real world because I am so sensitive to animal life. I say a lot of other people could be more feeling, and do more to open up themselves to animals and their suffering. Books like this one can only help. Compassion is the only for all of us. Humans have thought too much of themselves for too many years, and now we're learning what we should have always known, that other animal life are much more like us than it has been convenient for us to know.
