Preppy Pet Suites

Boarded our two shelter-rescue dogs for the first time here. We were nervous about them, but they had a great time, and kept leaping into the car in hopes they were going back in the few days after we returned! Dogs get lots of love and attention, and enjoyed themselves a lot. Preppy Pet's owners were great at reassuring us nervous pet parents about our pets, and the dogs got to come and stay for a couple of hours as "practice" a few days before coming to board to smooth the transition. You can watch your pets on the webcam--someone is always playing with or patting them, and someone is always cleaning -- these people work really hard. They will also wash your dog for you before you pick him up--nice for dogs who stay for a week or so, as they can really slobber on each other while playing!

Pros: Great staff, happy pets

Cons: far from my house, but maybe not for you!
