Morton Grove Animal Hospital

I was sad to hear of this case. Unfortunately Dr. Olsen left Morton Grove Animal Hospital in 2007, prior to an ownership change in 2008, and I was unaware of this series of events until the owner contacted us for records in 2011. Until this time, the owner had seemed pleased with our cooperation in all of her requests. I have attempted to contact this owner, but have received no response. I will continue to do everything I can to help resolve this matter to the client's satisfaction.

I started to take my cat for yearly wellness exams to MGAH in 2000. During his exam in 2007, I informed the vet he had been chewing his leg. She gave me a spray and told me cats tend to self mutilate when they are bored. Ultimately he required AMPUTATION of the leg. I made the owners aware, with no response. In my opinion, this is no way to run a business ot treat LOYAL customers.
