Horrible Customer Service. Actually had an employee verbally attack my wife and continue to attack her even after she paid more than we had been told.

They have deceptive pricing as the cost will be double what you are told. An overnight stay is "2 days", so a $20/day cost is actually $40!

I've been using Beverly's Precious Pets for years. They have a large facility with indoor/outdoor runs so dogs can go outside whenever they choose. They also offer grooming, and you can purchase extra "play time" or special treats for your pet during their stay (the standard fee includes some play time each day).

The recently added "bark park" offers one of the few options in Hamilton County for off-leash play for dogs who like to run.

I highly recommend this service!
