South Manor Stable

South Manor Stable is a wonderful place! I am so thrilled that I discovered it when looking for a place to board my horse. The board is very reasonable and the care provided for that board is a bargain. The owners are a mother and daughter team who clearly love animals and put them first and foremost. There is not a high pressured atmosphere found at a lot of stables; it is relaxed, incredibly pleasant, and the setting is a veritable wildlife sanctuary. So many different kinds of wild creatures abound on acres and acres of land that I am bringing the local chapter of the Audubon Society there for some birding and a nature walk! I could not say enough to recommend this place. I hope my horse is able to live out the rest of his life here (He is 15 years old now, so I hope that will be a long time to come!).

Pros: Excellent care, friendly atmosphere -both to people and animals of all types, quality feed, lots of turnout, access to trails, level-headed owners, knowledgeable staff
