Ferris Bueller is a very easy dog to please, so it's no surprise that he loves Cassio. I like their policy of only allowing one customer in the waiting room at a time. It could be inconvenient, but I've never had to wait long. I would like it if they started to accept credit cards... they're the only check I write anymore!
My only complaint is that they lost a nylabone that we left for my dog during one visit. It was about $18 to replace and they didn't offer any restitution.
Pros: location, friendly staff

I kenneled my shepard there a few years ago she didnt like it but they were really nice
Pros: they have training classes
Cons: sad to leave your dog
