This is the cockatiel diet that is recommended by my personal vet. My aged cockatiel was having trouble with getting the proper vitamins from his past food. My vet recommended switching to this. He is doing very well after a switch over period. It took several weeks of mixing the old food with the Kaytee product, but finally he is eating it and loving it.
