These vitamins have really helped my parakeet live a healthier life in his senior years (he is 17 now). It's easy to sprinkle some into his dish and mix in. The vitamins spoil too quickly even when kept in the refridgerator, and the bag didn't zip-seal very well. Overall, I would recommend the product though.
