Little cups like this are perfect for special treats like veggies and fruits. I like to put them in separate dishes so when they are done eating I can just take out the whole cup. I have a ton of these little guys, I usually put them on the top rack of the dishwasher to clean. Just be sure to check the little metal bars for rust after a while.

I agree that this cup is inexspensive and not to sturdy. It is okay for smaller, less destructive birds but larger birds will break it. I have 3 of these cups and 2 have already broken.
