The playground on top of this cage makes it double the space for your bird. The skirt keeps a lot of the mess inside the cage instead of on the floor. This is an investment , but it lasts for the lifetime of your bird and beyond.
This size is okay for a tiel or small parrot, like a parrotlet or Red Belly, but nothing bigger.
