Wallis Sands Beach in the morning

It is a strip of beach that is off leash friendly. Everyone is good about picking up after the dogs, and it is pointed out to you by other owners if you miss a pile because everyone wants to keep it dog friendly. Starting at Petey's resturant, you walk across the road to a public access walkthrough, then it about a half mile strip that you can walk the dogs.
Pros: dog friendly in the mornings before 9 and afternoons after 6
Cons: They are discouraged during day hours
