BSL - the act of restricting or banning ownership of a specific breed of dog based soley on it's breed rather than individual personalities of a dog.Usually targeting pit bull type dogs, rottweilers, dobermans and other larger breed dogs.

The thought of dog pounds seems so horrible to me. But do all dog pounds put down their dogs if there not out by certian time?

Nevada just passed a law that people can't keep dogs chained in their yards for days at a time. Are other states doing this also?
