I would like to change my Shelter Rescue selection. How do I do that?

My chihuahua, China will try to lick my arm if I'm holding her & if I'm barefooted she tries to lick my feet. I have to constantly tell her NO. My poodle, Chara only tries to lick me when I'm playing w/ her. Both ar spaded. Just curious.
