So recently my dog has stopped listening to me completly. It doesn't matter what I do he just won't listen, I know it isn't a problem with respect, he won't listen to anyone and he is not a dominate dog.

I have2 cairn terrier brothers that are two years old. I can't even walk them anymore because they bark at people or animals, Everytime they see a jogger they just go nuts. I wanna be able to walk them without being embarrassed!
