My hamster wont go on his wheel or go to his 2nd story food area. Yet, he does eat lots of food when I place him up there.

So recently my dog has stopped listening to me completly. It doesn't matter what I do he just won't listen, I know it isn't a problem with respect, he won't listen to anyone and he is not a dominate dog.
