Currently Faulkner County Arkansas law concerning abuse of an animal is only a misdermeanor. That law is not strickly enforced. Would you like to make it a felony to abuse or neglect an animal? If so call your local Quorum Court Official or attend the meetinf on the 3rd tuesday of each month
