Are you downloading videos from your camera to your computer, and then uploading them from your computer to ZooToo?

As suggested, try downloading them to your computer first. Then make sure the file format is compatible with what ZooToo accepts and that the file is within the size limit restrictions. It says:

"We cannot accept video files in Flash Video (FLV) or Real Media (RM), or files larger than 100MB."

Most typical digital camera nowdays record videos in the AVI format, which is compatible with ZooToo. Just make sure that your video file is smaller than 100MB and you should be able to upload it.

To check your file size, browse to the video on your computer. Right-click the icon and select "properties". On this window look for "Size". It should tell you the filesize (don't worry about "file size on disk"). If you're within those restrictions you should be fine. If the video is too large I suggest using Windows Movie Maker (it comes default with most installs of Windows XP) to compress the file.

Good luck :)

Also, I think zootoo won't accept certain video files, like .AVI. Do you know what type of video file you're trying to upload? I've been uploading .WMV files. I tried uploading an HD-WMV file and it wouldn't work, but the standard .WMV files seem to work fine. There may be a size requirement, too. I think it 100 MB. I normally take my video from my camera to my computer, then I open Windows Movie Maker (it should be on your computer if you have Window XP and Vista). Using Windows Movie Maker, I convert the video to a .WMV file. I save it to my desktop and then open zootoo and upload the video.

Are you trying to upload directly from your camera to ZooToo? If you are trying to upload from the camera to ZooToo, try uploading it to your computer first, then upload it from your computer to ZooToo, therefore not going directly from the camera to ZooToo.

Are you getting this error message when you try to upload the video from your camera to your computer? If you get this message while trying to upload the video from the camera to your computer then I suggest asking this question at a tech message board regarding the brand name of your camera. Just do a google search for the brand name of your camera + message board. You can also search the maker of your camera's homepage for technical support area. Most of the major camera makers have a technical support area on their websites. Good luck!
