She probably is just breathing funny.
My dog does it alll the time, and she's fine.

My old dog did that and it turned out that he had advanced stages of cancer. But I'm sure there are many other reasons why your dog is snorting as well. It's best to have a vet check

My Golden snorts and it was a nurse friend who told me she had a deviated septum. I thought initially she was having an asmah attack. I know now I just have to let her rest to regain her normal breathing pace.

Does this snorting sound kinda like a asthma attack? and the dogs stomach is sucking in? Then, that might simply be like a reverse sneeze. If a dog has something in their nose(peice of dirt, fuzz, etc.) They can't blow their nose so they breath in, like a reverse sneeze. It is the dogs way if clearing their nose. Sounds horrible but usually doesn't last long. Hope this helps put your mind at ease.

Could be sinisus. Sorry can't spell. Ask you Vet if you can give her Benadryl. Thats what I give my dogs when they have runny nose's.
