My favorite pet was a Beagle named BetCee Ha. For some reason I will always remember that her mother's name was Debbie Dee Haw and her father's name was Wheeler's Skipper Haw. Don't ask me why, because I can't hardly remember what today's date is :)

My favorite pet when I was little was my dog "Bother". I never new why my parents named him that . I remember is he brought home other neighbors boots and other dogs bowls. And he was known as the lover. I think he had a few females out there who he liked. Needless to say he was a father and a grandfather many times over.

My first dog was Pepe. He was named after a talking horse that was in a movie I saw. I named my first cat Louie after a song - Louie, Louie.

The first pet I remember us actually getting (there were always critters around, but they were all older than I was), was a very tiny kitten that we named Baby. My aunt found her in a tree with her little brother, all soaked wet and starving to death. She quickly drove to our house, where we rehabilitated her with a whole bunch of Purina food and nice milk. She was so small, but she ate as much as she could, and got better soon. We weren't able to keep the brother because we already had too many pets (4 cats, a dog, parakeets, hamsters, a rabbit, and the neighbor kids), but Baby has stayed with us ever since.
