What kind of dog is our new puppy?

I was given my puppy about a month ago and I have no idea what breed she is I have been told she could be beagle or hound. She is very playful and she has spotted paws and belly hence the name Peppah can anyone please help a clueless new pet owner.

To me it looks like it could be a border collie or a blue heeler mix. That is what Theodore is and your puppy looks very similar to him

Border Collie,Water Spaniel,Beagle, I give up!!! The only sure thing is that this is a very cute puppy. Let's try again in a few months.

looks like she is beagle, but kinda has markied speckles like a basset hound

what color is the puppy, it does look to be a hound of sometime, blue heeler is my guess.

Its hard to tell from that picture but I agree with a previous post and think I may see a little blue healer.
Hi .. we have a 13yo that looked a lot like your puppy when she was a puppy .. and she is border collie mix with blue heeler/aussie .. a very wonderful dog she has been!

I can't really tell either but the spots remind me of the heelers/Australian shepherd mixes. I couldn't really say for sure though. Maybe post some more pics once she grows a bit more.
