I was given my puppy about a month ago and I have no idea what breed she is I have been told she could be beagle or hound. She is very playful and she has spotted paws and belly hence the name Peppah can anyone please help a clueless new pet owner.

Definately going to be a small breed. Has the coat colour of an austrailian shepard, but isn't big enough.
Except for colour, looks like border terrier or some other terrier mix.
Very pretty little pup though!

I'm just guessing here but Australian Sheperd and/or Springer Spaniel maybe.

this answer will come easier as your puppy grows into a dog. at young ages, distinctions between breeds {such as chest width and snout shape} are often blurred. your puppy could be purebred or a hybrid or several different breeds. its good to know what breed they are for medical and training purposes, but its too hard to tell yet. you can buy a urine test at your pet supplies store or have a blood test done at your vets that will tell you what breeds she is.
