What is going on?

I had so much trouble with pictures last night I finally gave up. Videos were hard for some people last night. Seems better today.

I have problems too. It is hardly worth the aggravation for me. I think the whole website has some glitches that should be worked on. One time my picture wouldn't load. So I tried again. It appeared twice so I removed one and it removed both with the points and wouldn't let me get points to reload it.

I only do the photos and though it takes a while to load, they do load for me and I get the points.

Yes, I've had problems too. Especially in the later evening. I would upload a video but not get points until the next day.

log off your zootoo and your internet and try it all again it has been happening to me too and finally worked when I did that

Yes, many of us are having the same problems. I've actually jsut shut down a couple of times and let it be.

I have had this happen and it's very frustrating. Sometimes I just have to quit, shut the computer down and start again. If it's still slow I wait until later in the day and try again. Week-ends seem to be worse for me.

i always have the same problem i do not know what to do but the best thing i can think of is to let it be.

Not any more but last week it was herendous! What I suggest that you do is turn off your computer and restart it. Sometimes, when I'm having issues with this website I do that and it all clears up and it's happy sailing then!

Yes it is very frustrating to go through the process multiple times. It sometimes even happens to me during non peak hours. I don't think there is a solution other than to try again.
