What is a contest video and how do you enter?

I know how to post a video of a pet and how to post a "zootoo reporter news video" or a pet product or service review video. It's not clear how you post a "general video" under the users name or how to enter a contest video.

I don't know what you mean by a general video but to enter a contest, you go the the contest page and upload the video there... in the contest area. My cat won a funny video contest and the prize arrived. :)
