When trying to upload pics of Alvin on my site, it says that they are too big. Does anyone know how I can make them smaller as in how many Mega or Kegabytes they are taking vs. just cropping the pictures?

Do you have Microsoft picture manager (it comes standard on most new PCs)? If so open the picture in that program and click edit. There is a function for resizing that will allow you to select a size specifically for web or email format. That should work.
