Puppy removes collar.

My collie puppy takes the collar off of my female by pulling it over her head. It's really starting to annoy me. Bitter spray was shockingly ineffective. Any ideas from other skinny-headed (greyhound, doxie) dog owners?

Martingale collar on Grey

Try a Martingale collar - many grey owners use them - they are made to tighten as they are pulled but they release quickly.. sizes are available a bit wider than a normal collar and they come in a LOT of great styles & patterns. I think this will probably work well for you:)
