No Points being added

When I first logged on this morning, points from my pictures didn't show immediately. After I did more items, my points started showing up again. I agree with everyone else. The volume of people on zootoo today must be incredibly large. Everyone is getting as many points as they can for their animal shelter and the website is having difficulty with all of the activity. Keep accumulating points. They should show up eventually. I know mine did.

Absolutely....and needing every point to stay in the top 20 makes it maddening! The videos are in la-la land, but I think the other points eventually show up.

It has to be the volume. I just got notification about videos I loaded yesterday afternoon.

I agree with these people. I think it is just the huge amount of people on the site right now that they are having problems keeping up.

I'm having the same problems here. I think the site is just real slow today because of the volumn of Zootooer's trying to get in all their points on the last day. Just post all your stuff and the points will show up eventually. I did Pet Wars and didn't get the points for 15 minutes!!

Hey friends, I am having issues like this too. It's not all the time but it seems that some of my points are not being added in. I doubt there is anything we can do at this point and that just stinks. Good luck to you both.

I'm having these same issues too but after I waited for a little while, my points have been adding up. Just make sure to keep track of how many points you've earned and wait a few minutes in between activities to make sure they register. I think things are just running slowly because it's the last day and everyone is trying to get their points in. But I think your poaints will eventually get there.

I'm having the same problem and freaking out! How do we even report an issue like this? I can't find it anywhere!
