I don't know about that. I have definitely seen pictures of cats in litter boxes in the product reviews.

I guess I never thought of it? But I don't know if I would? I feel like I'm invading enough of my cat's 'personal space' by taking pictures of him all the time so I see it as respectful to let him go potty without the camera flash.

I don't know if I want to stand with a camera in one hand and a pooper-scooper in the other.

I dont have cats but could get a picture of my neighbors outdoor cat crapping in my yard.... UG

Showing a cat using a litter box isn't so bad as you can't really see 'anything'. And I guess if the litter is good at 'masking' things, a picture of the box being scooped shouldn't be too gross. I guess I just never thought about it.

Good question. It would make sense.

I have posted several photo reviews (and maybe even a video) of my cats in their litter boxes! I was reviewing the boxes, but I could have just as easily chosen to review the kitty litter.

Sometimes our shelter will take pictures of cats using the litter box. I am not sure if they used them for a review on litter or not, but i am sure that would not be a problem, after all that is a product being reviewed.
