I am allergic to cats. If they scratch me I swell up and they make it hard for me to breathe. My eyes tear up. I want to be able to visit my friends and family members with cats and not be sick the whole time. I take Clearatin-D and it takes care of my normal allergies, but it doesn't seam to last long when I get around cats.

I'm also severely allergic to cats and have asthma. Zyrtec works great for me!

Benadryl works well, but it might make you a little lethargic.

Zyrtec is the rest over the counter for cats. Also, put in allergy eye drops right before you go in. It will really help.
