Is it alright to give only dry food to our puppies?

hi,. we have two purebred shih-tzu pups 5 1/2 mths and 6 mths and we only give them dry puppy food. Is it okay to only give dry?

i gave my puppy dry food till his teeth started to come out. then i only watered it down just a little. but now he is back to all dry food

Of course.In fact, it may be better for them since they are probably loosing their puppy teeth and the hard food will help move that process along.Also, in general, hard food is better for dogs' teeth as it aids in the prevention of buildup of tartar.It's kinda like a natural toothbrush!Though you should still see your regular vet for routine dental visits and try to brush their teeth.

Yes, that's fine. Dry food is actually better. It's not as fatty and it's better for their teeth. Good luck with them, they are adorable!

Yes just hard puppy food is best. It's good for their teeth,hard helps keep their teeth clean.

A well balanced premium dry puppy food is all you need to give your puppies balanced nutrition. Dry diet will keep the cost of dental cleaning to a minimum as well.

it ok to just give them dry food and if ur concerned you can their food in warm water for 10 to 15 mins
