Take your pet to a groomer... alot of times they have more products or tables that will make yoru dog calmer.. plus they are proffesionals and will be able to take care of it faster & easier which will stress your dog out less

My skye terrier used to be the same way. He would chew us up if we tried to clip his nails. I took him to our vet who is a large man. He told me the dog had us buffaloed. He said it was a behavior issue and he was winning the battle. He made me hod the dog while he trimmed his nails. Oscar never once snarled, growled, or moaned about getting his nails trimmed. The vet then held Oscar and had me trim a foot. I did, no moaning, growling, biting or snarl. I can not trim him at home without the vets assistance. I guess I just needed to show him I was the boss and I was going to do this.

I have that same problem with one of my dogs. He is a papillon, so he is a little smaller, but I have someone hold him and try to prevent him from biting or squirming around, and then cut his nails. If he is too stressed, then I let him take a break and finish later. Also, if he is too agressive, then I put a muzzle on him.
To amke him trust me more, I touch his feet when he is calm and just laying down next to me. It seems to be working a little bit.

you might need to take them to a vet and have them sedated- but try taking them to a professional groomer 1st.

Get them use to you touching their paws start slow and easy. Use the command "let me see" then touch their ears use same command. then the teeth same sommand. Then after a few days of this rub your finger between the toes and you "see." Some dogs aren't raised as pups and the neuriological filling is whjat they don't like. It isn't natural to them to feel this on their feet. Work with them and eventually they will submit to the process.
