If what continues? I uploaded a video and for the first time after clicking 'Submit' I see this message " If it continues, please contact customer support."

It is a "third party" that handles the videos for the Zootoo website. Their software sometimes "hiccups" and the video fails to load. You should NOT upload it a second time as their software will continue to try to upload the failed video until it does. I have had as many as three failure messages before getting one that said the video successfully uploaded.

I'd wait a bit and see if the video uploads. I've gotten this message before and the video always did. The few times I thought it didn't work and tried again, it uploaded twice.
