Urgency:Need to know

I have a picture uploaded that I did not upload,lol....its of a cat,and I do not even own a cat:)
My question is first....how to I get the picture,thats not mine,off my page.
Second id this normal?Has anyone else ever had someone elses picture get upload to their page?

That's really weird. It says it was loaded by CatSpoiler. I haven't seen this happen Call Customer Support 877-580-7387 to have it removed and explain the situation.
